Rental Periods | The Town House is not childproof and consequently not suitable for children - babies in arms are fine, as are teenagers of fifteen & over. However parents with children between six months old and fourteen year old would be both relaxed and very welcome in the Coach House or Stables if the Town House is being booked for a family anniversary celebration. Basically the Town House has been designed for the enjoyment of adults. As our objective is to give you a relaxed and luxury environment, kids in the Town House would be a parent’s nightmare!

On all of our properties we offer three rental packages:

The first is a 3 night weekend break from a Friday afternoon to include the following Sunday night. The second is a 4 night mid-week break from a Monday afternoon to include the following Thursday night. The third is a 7 night one week break from a Friday afternoon to include the following Thursday night - (OR any combination of these, for as long as you wish to stay). Please bear this in mind when making a Reservation Request. We have set periods for Hay Festival, Christmas, New Year and Easter - do please scroll through the calendar to find these and check availability.
